One of the most common comments we hear from hospitality professionals is “My property doesn't have a story”. But we want to tell you – it does. Stories are not exclusive to luxury resorts, every property has one, and yours does too!
If you’re not sure where to look to find those stories, who is better to identify what stands out about your property than someone who has experienced it first-hand? We're talking about your guests! Take note of when guests praise your unforgettable scrambled eggs or share an image of your manager’s reception – those are your stories!
Instead of crafting a forced or elaborate message to gain the travel shoppers’ attention, try tuning in to what travel shoppers themselves are saying and sharing by reading reviews about your property. You may gain insight from their point of view that you wouldn't have arrived at on your own.
A warm breakfast, a fantastic shower, the perfect serving of scrambled eggs - these are the authentic stories you can find in guest reviews. So use them to your advantage and discover your property’s stories through the eyes of your guests.
