In VScape you have the ability to customize how you view your media with a variety of filters. The filters give you the opportunity to easily view and manage your content.
Here’s what the image filters in VScape mean:
Across the top, starting on the left of the screen there is a red inverted triangle. These are inactive images so if you click on this button, your view will change to only show the images that are inactive (not in distribution) in your library.
The Green Square with the letter ‘D’, is a filter to show you all of your content that is in full distribution.
The Orange button with a letter D is for images that are in partial distribution. Typically this status is reserved for content that has been provided by a channel for distribution back to that channel only. This status is not currently available for hotels to use to partially distribute their loaded content.
To remove these filters, simply click the filter to turn it off and the library will resume showing you all your content.
One of the many great features of VScape is the ability to group together duplicate images so that only the highest quality image is sent out for syndication.
To see duplicates, click on the ‘Custom’ button and choose ‘Show Duplicates’. This will show all images and the different groups, by colors. Each color shows a group of similar images that have been grouped together so that only one image in that group will go out into distribution.
You can change your view of your library by using buttons across the top of the media panel. Sort your images by category, filename or by the sequence that you will have set in VScape.
You can also choose to show more information, by image, by changing the view from full thumbnail to list. This will provide you a list, with file sizes of each image.
All filters can be used whether you’re viewing images, Virtual Tours, Videos or even documentation.
