Depending on your VScape subscription, you may or may not see all of the reports discussed here.
Media Change Log – The media change log is a report that can be displayed in VScape on property level only. It will display all the changes, additions, deletions and any edits made within a specific property. It will also show you which user made the changes, what was changed and when. This is a report that is displayed in VScape only and cannot be transferred to the clipboard.
Media Inventory Report – This report can be run on a property or brand level to give you an all-encompassing report on the status and categories of all content loaded to VScape. The report breaks down your content via media type. From there it will show you all your active images, inactive images and images in full distribution. Within each group, it will further breakdown how many images fall under specific categories. This report is transferable and can be copied to the clipboard. It is a great report to run so that you can see, by category, where you may need to load more content.
Media Inventory - The Media Inventory log is a report that can be displayed in VScape on the property level only. It provides your GDS mappings on a specific property, plus a larger display of media level information. Each picture is shown with information such as category, caption, dimensions, original file name, and other details.
PDL Usage Report – If you have subscribed to a digital library this report will display who has been downloading from the library. Simply choose a date range, and click on ‘Generate Report’. This will show you the date of download, the user, image id and what type of delivery method they chose for the image. You can also copy this information to the clipboard for use within an excel spreadsheet.
Property Matching Report - This report shows the GDS codes that are mapped to your property.
Content Processor Report – The content processor report will display, within a chosen date range, how much media was loaded, updated and rejected. This report is a full reflection of all of your properties and the events that happened during a date range. As an example, we can see that these properties had 2 images loaded. No images have been rejected and one hotel has updated its text information. This information can be copied to the clipboard for further use in an excel spreadsheet.
Rooms Type Report – This report is available either on property level or can be run for all properties. When run on the property level, this report will provide you the property code, name, the room type code and the number of images associated to that room code. When running this report for all properties, it shows the same information but due to the file size, it will need to be emailed.
