Please be aware that the VFM Leonardo Operations IT and Technology Development groups located in Toronto Canada will be performing scheduled maintenance on several VScape systems on Saturday 3 April, 2010 between the hours of 12:00 AM and 03:00 AM Eastern Time.
VScape & VScape Private Digital Library
For a period of no longer than 3 hours the VScape and VScape Private Digital Library will not be available. We expect that the both applications will be down for 1 to 2 hours. We will be posting a message that all users will see when they login to advise them of the maintenance 1 week prior to the maintenance and during the maintenance period.
VScpae Powered Multimedia Viewer
The viewer will be unavailable for a period of approximately 2 minutes during a planned switchover to failover systems. The switch to failover systems is required in order to perform a software upgrade on our pair of load balancers. There should be no noticeable difference in performance during this time. Once maintenance is completed the viewer will be switched back to primary systems and another outage of approximately 2 minutes will occur. Other than these short interruptions no other viewer outage is scheduled.
Leonardo DAM, PDL, EBooks, Web & Image Galleries and other Legacy Leonardo Products
No impact. No maintenance is being done on these systems.
VScape Maintenance Details

1) Update to database schema
2) Various database optimizations
We regret any inconvenience this scheduled maintenance may cause you or your company. As always we are greatful for your business.
