Update: The database issue has been resolved and all systems are operating normally. We will continue to monitor the system closely.
Today Wednesday 28 September at approximately 11:30 AM EDT, a problem with a master VScape database developed. As a result, some VFM Leonardo VPowered products and services are currently being impacted including login in to VScape via direct login and seamless login. VPDL (Private Digital Library) is also impacted in the same way and some data feeds are also impacted.
The VPowered Multimedia Player display is not impacted at this time. In addition there is no loss of media or other data nor is there an impact on any VSyndication channels image display or the display of the VPowered Multimedia Players.
The root cause is unknown at this time and the issue is persisting. The technology & operations teams are working together to find a solution as quickly as possible.
