When using Instagram and Facebook do you think using Videos are great or would you recommend to use just high resolution pictures?

  Videos, high-resolution pictures, and even user generated content is perfect for Facebook.
  For Instagram, user-generated content and high-res photos are great. Videos work too, but you have to keep in mind the 15 second limit for Instagram vids.

  I think videos are much more personal.
